Sacred MidSummer a time for Deep Reflection

Updated: Jun 16, 2022

How did it get to be June?! Here in the Pacific Northwest we've been having cooler, rainy days... and it seems as though June just snuck right up, and now its Summer! Summer Solstice is the longest day of the year in the northern hemisphere. Days and long, the sun is high, and the evening light is so delicious. I love this time of year, the light, the water, the reflections--literally and metaphorically.

If you've followed me at all, you know I am an avid paddle boarder. My favorite time to paddle is into the sunset as the light is changing. There is something so magical to be on the water, in the changing light and color. I am awed by the power of nature all around me, and quieted by the stillness of the the deep waters beneath my board. I am honored by the seals, kingfisher, heron, and jellies that highlight my journeys and aid my reflections--my paddle meditations. This is my time for being with God.

I love the Solstices and Equinoxes, marking the time through the year, helping me stay intentional and grounded. I love taking time to reflect on all the things that I am grateful for, where I am at, and where I want to be. I take time to reflect on what is working, and what is not working. I love to create ritual for both releasing the old and unwanted, and welcoming the new and desired.

As a Transformational Life Coach, I am all about staying present to the journey, being a conscious creator in my own life, and helping people tune into their souls calling. You may have recently watched Jayme and I take bold inspired action and manifest our lovely wellness studio on the water in Port Orchard. It is from this that we begin to build the foundation of our respective dreams. Mine is to offer transformational workshops and classes, to help people be more empowered.

When you have a desire, you also have the ability to make it come true.

It's Midsummer. What have you completed that you can celebrate? What do you want now? What do you want more of? What are you willing to do--to make your life come true?

IF you like reflecting, I hope you'll consider that this time in the year is an excellent time to activate your desires. The days are long and there is no time like the present!

If you feel the call, I am hosting a Sacred Midsummer Reflection ~ Summer Solstice Celebration on Tuesday June 21, 2022, 730-9p @ 118 Bay Street, Port Orchard, WA 98366. Registration is $22. Space is limited to 10. We'll be quieting in, releasing, sharing, and celebrating this time of deep reflection. Hope you can join us. Register through the Event.
