Service Description

This shorter session is designed for clients that are receiving CST regularly, and that need a specific focus on a targeted area (like an oil change). Add BEMER Therapy to your session for enhanced circulation. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a lighter touch therapy, fully clothed session, the therapist works to release restrictions along the spine, to enhance nervous system function. CST down regulates the stress response, and has been shown in studies to deescalate PTSD symptoms. It stimulates Theta brain waves, and has a unique way of releasing trauma from the tissues. Deeply Relaxing and Restorative. This is Monika's favorite way of facilitating transformation. Add BEMER Therapy to your session for enhanced circulation, and optimize your blood flow for the best adjunctive therapeutic results.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel as soon as you know you have a time conflict. I prefer a 48+ hours notice--that allows me to free up the appointment and increases the likelihood that someone will scoop it up. IF you cancel in under 24 hours, I charge half the value of your appointment.
