Winter Solstice Gathering ~ Sound Bath & Acupuncture!

Join Us on Solstice. Year end is an excellent time to honor accomplishments, reflect on what you want to release, and set your sights and intentions for what you want to attract in the coming year!

Monika will lead us through a grounding exercise and we will spend time reflecting, sharing, and releasing what no longer serves us.

This month's gathering is co-hosted with Kimberly Chenoweth, Licensed Acupuncture and Eastern Medicine Practitioner (AEMP) and certified Reiki Master & Teacher.

Kimberly is offering optional Community-style Acupuncture to enhance your body's inner harmony and resilience. (+ $22 for optional acupuncture). While she is placing needles Monika will be warming up the Singing Bowls.  Kimberly will then help us integrate and release our desires with a wonderful Reiki infused sound healing session.

Please arrive around 5:45 PM. Our program will start promptly at 6 PM and we would

appreciate no disruptions once we begin.

ABOUT CIRCLE

Circles are a place to show up and Be Authentically and Unapologetically You--no matter what is going on in your world.  We gather in circle to BE and share. Listen. Be Heard. Honor Each Other, Build Community.  

We generally sit on cushions on the floor (we do have chairs--IF that is more comfortable for you--please let us know). 

We set our Intentions, Share our Celebrations and Challenges.

Other Women's Circle's meet once a month on or around the New or Full Moon.  This helps us recalibrate with the earth's natural cycles that we may have fallen out of touch with.  Join us once, bring friends, or join us monthly.  Experience the Peace and Joy of being in Community with like-minded women.
