Service Description

Please call Monika to discuss your child's health care concerns/needs before your session. CranioSacral Therapy (CST) is a lighter touch therapy, fully clothed session, the therapist works to release restrictions along the spine, to enhance nervous system function. CST down regulates the stress response, and has been shown in studies to deescalate PTSD symptoms. It stimulates Theta brain waves, and has a unique way of releasing trauma from the tissues. Deeply Relaxing and Restorative. This is Monika's favorite way of facilitating transformation. Monika has taken Upledger Institute's CranioSacral Therapy for Pediatrics 1 & 2.

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel as soon as you know you have a time conflict. I prefer a 48+ hours notice--that allows me to free up the appointment and increases the likelihood that someone will scoop it up. IF you cancel in under 24 hours, I charge half the value of your appointment.
