My most popular session is the Signature Wellness Massage, accented by hot steamy towels, heated bamboo, and hot stones. This includes deeper work where you need it, and is personalized to the client’s level of health.
My second big seller is a CranioSacral Session, This is a fully clothed, lighter touch therapy. I follow the body’s inner wisdom to release restrictions, and ease tensions. I combine CranioSacral, Visceral Motility, and fascial release, to help the body facilitate healing. This work is deeply relaxing, and is great at releasing trauma from the tissue.
My third most popular is a Distance Healing Session. This is based in Somatic Experiencing–where the client tunes into the sensations in their body, and by staying present to the tissue, our energetic connection helps the body facilitate healing. I am currently in a 2 year Distance Practitioner mentorship program with Healing from the Core. I incorporate my knowledge of anatomy, with my experience as a second degree Reiki practitioner, and Mastery Certified Health Coach.
All sessions are $75 for 60 min; $100 for 90 min.
