I love Yoga! Yoga is great for calming your mind, getting you centered into your body, and learning to lean into discomfort. In addition, when we stretch our bodies, we stimulate blood flow, bringing oxygen to our tissue and naturally removing metabolic waste. AN–movement enhances our metabolic system so that we more efficiently burn fat. IF you’ve been thinking about adding Yoga to your routine, I recommend it highly! I’m a 30-min every morning Yogini!
