I love this time of year when the mornings are crisp and sunny, and the trees are starting to change color. Change is imminent. I am reminded that with every season there is a cycle of life and death--new things coming alive and old things falling away.
In June we launched 118BayStreet.com, and I tried to make it everything. It is the location that both Alchemy Wellness (my business), and PNW Yoga Wellness (my partner's business) work out of. Now we realize that 118BayStreet.com needs to stay that... a Center for Wellness, where we post classes and events, and it links to each of our respective websites.
SO, I have re-formatted MonikaAdams.com drumroll please...I have rebranded! In the process I gained clarity, and have launched a monthly Women's Circle, on the New Moon each month @ 6p. Ooooooohhh I am absolutely delighted to share this news with you.
I invite you to take a gander at my lovely new site. I know there is still work to do, and I concede--this is good enough for my initial public announcement. I hope you'll check it out, and come back often to see what's new. In addition, I've got my YouTube feed on the bottom of the page, with my latest video post.
