Day 15: I am grateful for all the money I have been given in my life.

365 Days of Wonderful – Day 15

I am grateful for all the money I have been given in my life. Awhile back I was reminded that when we extend our feelings of gratitude to money, that we can transform our relationship with money.

I really get that when I was a child that everything was provided for me, without my even having to know what I needed. I am grateful for the abundance. As a teenager my dad taught me the value of money by showing me how to work for a wage, and pay bills. I am super grateful that my parents had the foresight to prepare me in this way.

Today I attended a seminar where we worked to identify our underlying money beliefs, state them to a partner, get the feedback from Money about how it felt. This was SO eye opening. It was like having a deep conversation in relationship. We then worked to tell money how we agree to treat it now. I commit to treat money with love, gratitude, and respect.

I am so grateful that money has always been there for me; I have always had enough. I am grateful that I have the money to pay the bills, and buy groceries, and purchase the things that I want. I am super grateful that I have money to travel and explore the world. I am grateful that money has helped to provide me with an education. I am grateful that money helped me to purchase a car. I am grateful that my needs are met.

I created a ditty several years ago, that I like to chant: All the money I want and need, comes to me so easily. It comes to me while I work and play. It comes to me throughout the day. It flows to me in every way. It flows to me in every day. All my needs are easily met. All my wants are things I get!

I have a favorite money mug, that I like to use to help me stay focused on the positive intention of attracting money into my life. I like to practice prosperity affirmations that I have money in my wallet, in my bank account, gas in my tank, groceries in the fridge, and that all the bills are paid immediately and completely. I affirm that money flows to and through me so that I may prosper others. Money comes from expected and unexpected sources! The money ball in the photo showed up after I was chanting this one! I’d say that is unexpected! LOL.

I realize now, after a seminar that I attended, that having a good relationship with money is essential. I learned that money is an energy, a vital force for good. Money doesn’t want to be stagnant. We need to very careful about what we think and believe about money, and identify our underlying beliefs so that we can transform them.

Each of us has a money story that we were told as kids. We watched our parents and grandparents’ relationship to money. Our society is infused with sayings that money is dirty, and doesn’t grow on trees. With all of this it no wonder that scarcity is commonplace, and that many struggle with having enough.

I am grateful that we can create a new money legacy, a new story for ourselves, and we can recommit to having a better relationship with money. I am grateful for this new ideology. I want to share this with you, so that you can come to understand that money likes to be valued, and appreciated; it grows with gratitude. ____________
