Why My Programs are Different

BUT--IF you want to be successful, you will need support, accountability, and you'll have to follow through in a way that you never have before.
For a total transformation--that LASTS the work MUST include the essential elements of identifying and repatterining limiting beliefs, while also incorporating identity work. What do I mean by that? Well, you can decide you want to be different, but deciding you want to go to the gym every day, or cutting out sugar, will probably be short lived. Without the foundational identity change work, your comfort zone won't let you step into that new better version of yourself. You have to re-pattern the way you think about yourself in order to become the person you want to be.
