About the event
MELT are simple, gentle self-treatment techniques that enhances mobility, stability, and performance and is clinically proven to reduce chronic pain while restoring overall wellbeing.
Monika will be introducing the MELT Soft Body Roller techniques for upper body and lower body. We are lying on the floor on yoga mats. Please wear comfortable loose clothing, and bring a water bottle. You should be mobile enough to get on and off the floor. (IF you are not--please start with the Intro to Hand & Foot Treatments OR schedule a private MELT session.)
This is a faster paced class. Doing these moves will strengthen your core, and enhance your balance, and proprioception. By tuning inward and sensing how you feel we also enhance your Body Sense. We start and end each sequence with assessments--you will literally notice a lessening of pain, increased range of motion, and more fluidity in your joints. Students rave about how they feel.
